Nikky Odutayo is a motivational speaker, entrepreneur, philanthropist and mentor. Nikki’s passion for motivational speaking stems from her experience of homelessness, rape and her diagnosis of Alopecia.
Nikky is the founder of Crown Academy, an organisation that seeks to aid young women redefine purpose and self – confidence through mentoring. The academy seeks to help and enable these young women into employment, training contracts and start-up businesses.
Nikky also runs a faith group that meets every Monday. She uses this platform to instil, educate and nurture millennials and centennials to become the change they wish to see. This group has been running for over three years and has aided in the progression and growth of over a 150 young people. Nikky’s plight with Alopecia abetted her to craft Innovair London, a company that creates handmade wigs that predominately caters to women with hair loss and alopecia; she has recently extended this to a wider market audience. She has also appeared on platforms such as ITV’s Good Morning Britain promoting a nationwide campaign and awareness of Alopecia.
